For the Prawns:
1. Make a batter with the eggs, salt and cornflour
2. Dip the prawns in the batter and fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes.
3. Serve with the chilli dip.
For the Chilli Dip:
1. Blitz everything together in a food processor then pour into a pan, bring to the boil and then turn down to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
