1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
2. In a wok heat a little oil and add the garlic, sun dried tomato paste and the tapenade, fry gently for 2 minutes then add the fish and cook gently for 3-4 minutes.
3. When the pasta is cooked, drain and add to the wok. Throw in the chopped parsley, season and drizzle a little lemon scented olive oil.
