Smoked Haddock with Potato Salad

1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, drain and when cool enough to handle but still warm, cut in half

2. Poach the haddock gently in water for 5 minutes, drain and flake

3. Mix the haddock, potatoes and remaining ingredients together gently until combined

Serve with ice berg or cos lettuce
